Thursday: We travel across England to Wales, arriving at our hotel late afternoon where we are welcomed with tea/coffee as our luggage is transferred to our rooms.

Friday: Today, we travel to Bronwydd Arms Station for a journey on the lovingly restored Gwili Narrow Gauge Railway. It winds its way north beside the River Gwili through the beautiful countyside. In the afternoon we visit Aberglasney House & Gardens. Saturday: This morning we visit Llancaiach Fawr Manor living history museum. Set in the turbulent times of the Civil War visitors are welcomed by the servants of Colonel Pritchard dressed in period costume, who allow you to share and engage in their world. In the afternoon we return to Swansea via the Marina and the National Waterfront Museum (free entry), where we learn about Wales’s industrial and maritime heritage through a unique visitor experience, all housed within a listed waterfront warehouse.

Sunday: After breakfast we travel to the Gower Heritage Centre where we meet our guide for a scenic tour of the beautiful Gower. On our return we enjoy a traditional Welsh Cream Tea before visiting the coastal village of Mumbles, where we explore at leisure.

Monday: This morning we leave the lovely Welsh countryside making our way home to East Anglia.
