- Day 1
Thursday
Depart from your local pick-up point and travel to Wiltshire, arriving late afternoon at the DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon, your home for the next four nights.

Friday
Today’s excursion takes us to the historic market town of Devizes and the impressive Caen Hill Locks. This remarkable flight of 16 locks on the Kennet and Avon Canal is one of Britain’s most impressive feats of canal engineering and provides a fascinating insight into the country’s industrial heritage. After time to admire the locks, we continue into Devizes town centre, where you’ll have free time to browse the independent shops, explore the historic streets, and enjoy lunch at leisure. Later, we return to the hotel for a relaxing evening.

Saturday
This morning we visit the attractive market town of Chippenham. Rich in history yet offering excellent modern shopping facilities, Chippenham provides plenty to discover, from historic architecture to bustling retail areas. In the afternoon, we continue to the picturesque town of Bradford-on-Avon, renowned for its beautiful stone buildings and riverside setting. Our final stop is the enchanting village of Lacock, a remarkably preserved National Trust village famous for its historic streets and appearances in numerous television and film productions.

Sunday
Today is dedicated to one of Wiltshire’s most celebrated attractions, Longleat House and Longleat Safari Park. Begin by exploring the magnificent Elizabethan stately home, one of Britain’s finest country houses, with its grand interiors and impressive collections. Afterwards, discover the world-famous Safari Park, home to an extraordinary range of animals and familiar to many as the setting for the popular television series Animal Park. Enjoy a memorable day combining heritage, wildlife, and beautiful parkland scenery.

Monday
After breakfast, we bid farewell to Wiltshire and begin our journey home, taking with us wonderful memories of this varied and enjoyable break.
